Who we are

Liberty Health Choice is a privately operated, independent health insurance marketplace and brokerage. Insurance products are offered through licensed insurance advisors and issued by nationally recognized insurance carriers.

Not a government agency

We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Health Insurance Marketplace (HealthCare.gov), any state-based exchange, Medicare, Medicaid, or any federal or state government agency.

Private PPO plans are medically underwritten

Many of the private plans our advisors review are medically underwritten, which means approval, terms and price can depend on your health history. Pre-existing conditions are covered on many plans but are reviewed case by case. ACA Marketplace plans, by contrast, are guaranteed issue and may offer income-based subsidies. Your advisor can help you compare both.
