We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income or medical records on this website.

How we use it

• To have one licensed advisor review your details and contact you about health coverage options.
• To contact you by phone, text or email, including via automated technology, as you consented to.
• To prevent fraud and spam, and to keep our site secure.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with licensed advisors working with Liberty Health Choice, and with service providers (such as hosting, database and form-processing vendors) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Security

Information you submit is encrypted in transit using TLS (256-bit SSL) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you, or to delete your information.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
